What method of payments do you accept?

We only accept payment by credit card. We accept all major credit cards, and there are no additional fees for paying by credit card.

Tours
Should I tip my guide?

Gratuities are included in the tour prices.

What transport is used for the tours?

+

We use modern, safe, and comfortable transport for all our tours which is fully insured. Depending on group size, this will either be a car or minivan. All our drivers have a full, clean license and are fully insured.

What refreshments will be provided on the tours?

We provide complimentary bottles of water on all of our tours.

What should I wear for the tours?

+

We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing and shoes, light layers in the summer, and a warm coat for cooler months. Remember it can get windy too! As your private transport will be included on this tour, feel free to bring a backpack with some additional backup items such as extra layers or a sun hat, that you can securely store in the car and have in the case of sudden weather changes.

What should I bring along with me on a tour?

We recommend that you bring your camera, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen in warmer months. In the cooler months, we recommend that you dress warmly — the car will be heated of course, but it does get quite chilly in Chicago.

What languages are offered for the tours?

We offer all our tours in Portuguese and the following tours in Spanish and English: Private Chicago Highlights Driving Tour (ESP), Private Chicago Extended Highlights Driving Tour (ESP), Private Complete Chicago Driving Tour (ESP), Frank Lloyd Wright Home & Studio Experience (ESP).

Are your tours adaptable to guests with special needs or mobility needs?

Transfers
What is the cancellation policy for the transfers?

Both airport and shopping transfers have a 100% penalty for cancellation after reservation.

Who will be my driver?

All our transfers are conducted by qualified, experienced drivers who are fully insured and licensed. All our vehicles are modern, comfortable and safe, and in line with city regulations.

What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

If you have booked an airport transfer and your flight becomes delayed or cancelled, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to make alternative arrangments. Tickets
What is the cancellation policy for the tickets?

Most of the tickets have a 100% penalty for cancellation after reservation. You can find specific terms & conditions for each ticket on their respective pages, under the Terms & Conditions tab.

Once I purchase my ticket(s), is my booking confirmed?

Reservations made for tickets are not automatically confirmed. Upon receiving your request, a member of our team will purchase the ticket(s) and email them to you. In the case of no availability, your reservation will be canceled and you will be refunded the full price.

Can I buy multiple tickets at once?

Yes, you can buy multiple tickets in one transaction.
